Securities Law Fellowship Course

The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (“ILCO”), is offering the Securities Law Fellowship course from its office in Toronto, via webinar. This course will instruct students on Ontario securities law concepts and help them apply those concepts to the various forms and documents involved in securities transactions. The course covers the concepts of securities law and focuses on standard securities transactions including: public offerings, exempt offerings, continuous disclosure, SEDAR and SEDI registration, and take-over bids. By the end of the course a student should be familiar with the structure of standard securities law transactions and be able to identify and complete a number of documents and forms.
